The same VDP slot. A wildly different experience.
Most dealership sites ship with a generic stock e-price form: same outlined button, same generic modal, no brand. Here's what changes when you swap it for ConvoyLeads.
1 month. 1 rooftop.
A widget that actually looks like your dealership
The button on your VDPs and the modal that opens from it are yours. Set your brand color, upload a logo, choose the button shape and height, write the copy. Per-rooftop config, managed from a dashboard your team owns.
- Brand color, button height, corner style, border style
- Lock icon, hover shine, custom button label
- Modal headline, discount copy, marketing term
- Dealership logo inside the lead modal
The exact button that ships to your VDPs, shine and shadow included.
Leads land in the CRM you already use
Every form submission delivers into your CRM: a direct Fortellis Direct Post into CDK eLead if you want it, and/or ADF 1.0 XML email into any CRM with an ADF intake (VinSolutions, DealerSocket, Tecobi, eLead). No FTP drops, no manual exports.
- Two independent delivery channels: CDK eLead direct, or ADF email to any CRM
- Full vehicle context (VIN, price, trim) attached to every lead
- Per-lead audit log with delivery status for every attempt
Built around the things that actually move conversion
Shoppers convert on price clarity and trust. ConvoyLeads makes the discount the headline, verifies every shopper before the lead is saved, and keeps the form short enough that people actually finish it.
- Configurable discount messaging: a percentage or a flat dollar amount off the listed price
- Verification by text or email before lead creation, with no way to turn it off
- Short form: name, phone, email, optional comments
- Optional preferred test-drive date / time capture
A percentage or flat dollar amount off the listed price, configurable per dealer.
Price a car by typing a sentence.
Your dashboard has an AI editor built in. Write what you want the way you'd say it to a manager. It reads your store, works out the change, and hands back a proposal with a before and after on every line. Nothing reaches your website until you approve the card.
Give all used BMW X5s 5% off for Labor Day weekend, and make the button on discounted cars say Unlock Your Holiday Price
Here you go. Approve it below when it looks right.
What you can ask it to do
- Price any slice of your inventory: one VIN, every BMW X5, all certified units, or the whole store
- Schedule a sale: “5% off new trucks Friday through Labor Day”, then let it stop itself
- Restyle the widget: button color, shape, height, border, shine, lock icon
- Rewrite the copy: button label, form headings, the price screen your shopper sees
- Change the form: require a phone number, hide comments, turn rebates on
- End a promotion by name: “stop the weekend sale”
You approve every change
Each proposed line shows the current value beside the new one, with a live preview of the button. Approve, or throw it away.
It asks instead of guessing
Say “make it brown” and it comes back with three real swatches to click. It never invents a date or quietly rounds your number.
One discount for the store was never enough.
Vehicle Offers let you quote a different number on the cars that need it: the aged units, one model line, a certified block, a single VIN. Every offer targets real inventory and overrides the store default only where it applies.
By VIN
Paste one VIN or a whole list. Perfect for aged units, a demo, or the block of stock your GM wants moved this month.
By make and model
Every BMW, or every BMW X5. The rule keeps applying, so a car that lands on the lot next week is priced the moment it appears.
By condition
New, used, and certified pre-owned each carry their own number, because they never move at the same discount.
On a schedule
Give an offer a start and an end date. The holiday sale switches on Friday and switches itself off Monday night.
Overlapping offers can't double-discount a car.
Run all four at once and the rules resolve themselves. The most specific offer that covers a vehicle is the one a shopper sees, and discounts never stack. Your used-car rule and your X5 rule can disagree without costing you a car.
- Per-offer clicks, leads, and lead rate, so you can see which number actually moved metal
- Hide the price entirely on a vehicle you don’t want quoted online
- One shared button style for every discounted car, so a sale looks like a sale
- Import a CSV straight from your DMS: any header layout, VINs read exactly as written
The most specific match wins. Discounts never stack.
Any website. Any CRM.
ConvoyLeads is a script, not a platform. It runs on the site you already have and delivers into the CRM you already use, nothing to migrate, nothing to rebuild.
Any website provider
Dealer.com and Dealer Inspire get purpose-built integrations, Team MXS / Dealer Masters has its own, and everything else gets one script tag that self-places the button. That covers, but isn't limited to, every provider named here.
Any CRM
ADF 1.0 XML email delivers into any CRM with an ADF intake (VinSolutions, DealerSocket, Tecobi, eLead, and others), the same day. Want a direct posting path into CDK eLead too? That runs alongside it, independently.
What every lead includes
Every field your BDC needs to follow up: no chasing, no missing context.
From kickoff to live in one call.
We don't book the integration call until your script is live. Once it is, your widget goes live the same call.
Get the script live
Dealer.com and Dealer Inspire have a purpose-built integration; on any other provider it’s a single site-wide script. We help either way.
Choose your CRM delivery
ADF email works with any CRM the same day. Want the direct CDK eLead path too? Subscribe to ConvoyLeads on the Fortellis marketplace (optional).
Onboarding call
You sign up, customize the widget. We wire your CRM delivery.
Test lead, then live
We push a test lead together. It lands where it should. Your store is live.
Questions dealers usually ask
Do I need to change my website to use this?+
No. ConvoyLeads runs on the website you already have. Dealer.com and Dealer Inspire each get a purpose-built integration, Team MXS / Dealer Masters has its own, and any other provider gets a single script tag that finds the right spot and places the button itself. Your team doesn’t touch templates, themes, or VDPs.
Will it work alongside my current price-unlock or chat tool?+
Yes. ConvoyLeads adds a button on the VDP CTA stack rather than replacing the page. We typically recommend retiring the stock e-price form to avoid two competing CTAs; we’ll walk through your current setup on the demo.
Where do the leads actually go?+
Wherever your CRM already receives leads. ConvoyLeads delivers two independent ways: a direct Fortellis Direct Post into CDK eLead, and ADF 1.0 XML email into any CRM with an ADF intake (VinSolutions, DealerSocket, Tecobi, eLead, and others). Run either one, or both. Every lead is also stored in your ConvoyLeads dashboard with a full audit log.
How do you stop fake / spam leads?+
Every shopper verifies by text or email before the lead is created, every time, with no setting that turns it off. If a shopper can’t verify, no lead is written. That alone removes the vast majority of bot and junk submissions.
How long does setup take?+
Once your site provider has approved the script, dealer-side onboarding is a single call: sign up, customize the widget, choose how leads should reach your CRM, send a test lead, go live. A Fortellis subscription is only needed if you want the direct CDK eLead path; ADF email delivery works with any CRM the same day.
What is the AI editor, and what can it change?+
It is a chat built into your ConvoyLeads dashboard. You type an instruction in plain English, such as "give all used BMW X5s 5% off through Labor Day" or "make my button navy and require a phone number". It returns a proposal: every change listed with its current value beside the new one, plus a live preview of the button. Nothing reaches your website until you approve the card. It can set your store discount, create or stop any Vehicle Offer, and change the widget’s colors, shape, copy, and form behavior.
How do Vehicle Offers work?+
Your store has one default discount, and Vehicle Offers override it on the vehicles you choose: a specific VIN or list of VINs, a make and model (every BMW X5), or a condition (new, used, or certified pre-owned). Each offer can run on a schedule with a start and end date. When two offers cover the same car, the most specific one wins (VIN, then make and model, then condition, then the store default), and discounts never stack. Every offer reports its own clicks, leads, and lead rate.
Can I load offers from my DMS export?+
Yes. Import a CSV in any shape your DMS or CRM produces. ConvoyLeads reads the header layout for you and works out which column holds the VIN and how to compute each discount, then applies that to every row. VINs are read from the file exactly as written, never retyped. You review and rename every group before anything is saved.
Is ConvoyLeads a real, legitimate company?+
Yes. ConvoyLeads is built by Cyntral and is live today on 11 dealership rooftops across two dealer groups (Hanania Automotive Group and McGrath, BMW of Elmhurst), with the earliest rooftop live since May 2026. See the current customer roster at /customers.
